"We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. Shuishe, which was amazing and rescued our whole trip. I can’t say enough good things about the management of this property. "About 40-ish minute drive from Alishan national park. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We had a problem with a smell coming from the toilet, but the staff fixed it right away. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us. Overall, great time and would book again."
